CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif Inaugurates RHC & Technical College in Phool Nagar, Unveils Kissan Package Worth Rs.400 Billions

Lahore,  Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif inaugurated rural health centre revamping project at Phool Nagar. The Chief Minister was given a briefing on the revamping of the health centre. It was informed that approximately 10 thousand patients can avail treatment facilities at rural health centre Phool Nagar every month. The rural health centre will be subsequently shifted to solar energy. CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif after the inauguration visited the rural health centre. She witnessed the token issuance process under the Health Information Managemnt System at the reception counter. She also visited the pharmacy, doctors’ office, emergency ward, dental room, laboratory, medicines store and X- ray room. She also reviewed women medical officer room, female ward, nursery and operation theatre. She also inspected well women ward, nursing station, EPI and screening room. She conversed with the doctors and staff members. The CM while addressing the inaugural ceremony said, “ I am happy in seeing many young females children and women. I am pleased that female children have come in such a big number in Phool Nagar. We are introducing latest facilities in 300 basic rural health centres and 2500 basic health units. Only two months period of time has passed of our government. People only make promises in two months. You should become witness of the fact that Maryam Nawaz Sharif has established a new hospital for the people of Phool Nagar. By the grace of Allah Almighty, we will transform all hospitals of Punjab in coming few months. Wherever there is shortage of doctors, we are sending doctors over there. Wherever there is shortage of nurses we are sending nurses over there. We are providing cardiac treatment facilities in the hospitals. We have sent field hospitals being established in the containers in all the big cities of Punjab. A full hospital has been set up in a container which will come to the doorstep of people’s house and will provide them treatment facilities. 200 clinics on wheels will provide treatment at people’s doorstep. 30 thousand people were provided treatment facilities on the clinics on wheels yesterday. Nawaz Sharif had promised to provide ease and comfort to the people after coming into power. Nawaz Sharif said that he would reduce inflation for the people. The price of a roti has down from Rs.20 to Rs.15. By the grace of Allah Almighty, the price of roti has been significantly reduced. Mega corruption was carried out during the purchase of wheat. There is no wheat crisis in the province.It is important for me to reduce the price of roti for the 13 crore people. We are introducing Rs 400 billion package for the farmers.A farmer will become prosperous in the next crop. We will give Rs 1.5 lac to the farmers in the next crop cultivation.We will not let farmers and peasants face discomfort at the hands of middleman. A farmer can purchase manure, seeds and pesticides. A farmer will not have to take loan at a high interest rate.Such a huge amount of mega package has not been introduced ever in the history of Punjab which we are going to introduce. A farmer will be provided latest agricultural machinery on soft terms. I work on the health and education projects from 7 am to 12 noon. A road is being constructed at the cost of Rs.2.5 billion in Phool Nagar and a technical college is also being established. I want that a child of a poor should study in the same manner as a child of a rich man studies. The poor should also be provided same treatment facilities which are being provided to the rich in private hospitals. We have launched 590 roads repair programme in Punjab. By the grace of Allah Almighty, no road in Punjab will be left unrepairable. There will not be a single hospital in Punjab where free treatment facilities are not provided. We are providing two months free medicines stock to cardiac and TB patients at their doorstep. I spent most of my time on the uplift of education and health sector. Nawaz Sharif directs me to create ease and comfort for the people along with serving the poor. I say to the MNAs and MPAs to stop sending recommendations about police officials. When the police officials are posted on political basis then the police will not be able to deliver and perform. The interest of 13 crore people is more dear to me then my own interest. I will work to the utmost for bringing improvements among the lives of the people. We have launched technical education programme for the youth. Whenever Nawaz Sharif’s government comes into power, the journey of service and progress begins. Every time Nawaz Sharif’s government is toppled on some false pretext. Nawaz Sharif’s government does not come to an end but rather Pakistan’s journey of progress ceases. We will not let the journey of progress halt during Nawaz Sharif’s fourth tenure of government. If the government of Shahbaz Sharif in the federation and Nawaz Sharif’s in Punjab completes five years terms then Pakistan will be entirely transformed. A person who came into power used to say that he has not come into power to reduce the prices of potatoes and onions. As a Chief Minister, it is my foremost responsibility to reduce the prices of roti, onions and vegetables. When my government came into power, then the price of onion was Rs.300 and now it is being sold at less than Rs.100. The Punjab government is advancing forward by carrying the public service task of Nawaz Sharif.” Senator Pervez Rashid, Senior Provincial Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb, Provincial Ministers, Khawaja Salman Rafique, Khawaja Imran Nazir, Sohaib Ahmad Barth, Rana Sikandar Hayat, MPA Sania Ashiq, Chief Secretary, Secretaries and others were also present on the occasion.
