Assailants involved in killing of labourers in Noshki identified: CTD

QUETTA: The assailants involved in killing of nine labourers and three other persons in Noshki have been identified, disclosed the sources of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Wednesday.
According to the sources, the investigations are continued into the gruesome incident of firing and killing of 12 persons including nine labourers in Noshki last Saturday.
While Police, CTD and law enforcement agencies are conducting inquiry into the incident, four suspects have been arrested in the murder of 12 persons on the main highway in Noshki.
According to the CTD sources, the assailants have been identified and raids are being conducted for their arrests.
The modern technology including geofencing is being used for arresting the culprits involved in the gory incident of killings.
It may be recalled that the armed assailants had shot nine labourers on way to Taftan from Quetta dead after taking off them from a passenger coach.
Similarly, the assailants had also killed three others by resorting fire on their vehicle when it was passing through there.
The CTD sources said that case has already been registered against head of a banned organization and others in the CTD Thana Noshki.
