Education Dept. & UNICEF continue school admission campaign in Chaman

QUETTA: The Education Department, Government of Balochistan and UNICEF jointly continued the school admission campaign in Chaman district.
The very objective of the school admission campaign is to get over 4,000 children admitted in the schools.
Speaking on the occasion of school admission campaign, Deputy Commissioner Chaman, Captain (Retd) Raja Athar Abbas, District Education Officer, Malk Noor Ahmed, District Programme Manager UNICEF and others said that the future of our nation, area and country is associated with the education, so we have to decorate our children with ornament of knowledge.
If we didn’t impart proper education to our children, then dark future would be our fate, they feared.
They said that it is our target to enroll 4,000 children in the government schools. Free education would be imparted to the children to be admitted in the schools besides other academic facilities, they maintained.
The Deputy Commissioner, DEO and other high ups appreciated the invaluable role and contribution of UNICEF for the cause of education in Chaman and Killa Abdullah.
They mentioned that the UNICEF has contributed in building of rooms, provision of computer system and adult education programme.
They on the occasion also exhorted the parents to get their out-of-school children admitted in the government schools.
