Islamabad – CDA Land Restoration Mega Corruption Scandal Two Cases Filed, Two Patwaris and an Assistant Director have been registered in two separate cases by the FIA ​​in the Mega Corruption Scandal of 73 bogus plot allotments worth one and a half billion rupees.  Arrested, Ex-Member State Afnan Alam, Ex-Director of Land Rehabilitation Sidra Anwar, Ex-Tehsildar Amir Hayat Aulak and Property Dealers Mafia Kashif Raif Qureshi, Malik Tahir, Tahir Chauhan have not been arrested yet, 62 Plots 6 Marla in Sector I 15 are illegal.  Allotments were made and 11 plots worth 50 crores, causing a loss of approximately one billion rupees 50 crores to CDA, on the reference of 11 October 2023 regarding this corruption of the Establishment Division, FIA established Inquiry No. 53/2023, Islamabad Raja Israr.The Federal Investigation Agency has registered two separate cases and arrested two patwaris and an assistant director of the mega corruption scandal of 73 bogus allotments of 1.5 billion rupees of the federal development agency of the federal capital’s land rehabilitation department, while the administrative of this forgery has been arrested.  Assisting ex-member State Afnan Alam, ex-Director of Land Restoration Sidra Anwar, ex-Tehsildar Aamir Hayat Olak and all the masterminds of forgery property dealers mafia Kashif Rauf Qureshi, Malik Tahir, Tahir Chauhan have not been arrested yet and FIA  During the inquiry, it was also revealed that many roles were hidden. According to the documents, on the reference of October 11, 2023 about this corruption of the Establishment Division, FIA established Inquiry No.Kanal 8 marla land Akbar Ali son of Khan Sahib Kamaluddin and property dealers (Mafia Tahir Chauhan, Malik Tahir) with the connivance of CDA revenue staff made reports of fake documents who were not the heirs of this land and they were sent to Sector I-15.  62 plots of 6 marla have been illegally alloted and are in violation of the rules, causing a loss of about one billion rupees to the CDA.Patwari Abid, Rashid Mehmood, Mohammad Asif, Assistant Director Land Restoration Aftab Saleem, Sidra Anwar, former Director Land Restoration, Afnan Alam, former member of State CDA and fake land inheritors were involved in all this fake planning and bogus work.Ali son of Khan Sahib Kamaluddin has been found to be the privileged partner involved in this forgery against whom Case No. 3/2024 has been registered by FIA Corporate Crime Cell Assistant Director Malik Sajid Mehmood and the rest of the CDAs involved.Further investigation is going on regarding the officers and property dealers mafia. During the same inquiry 53/2023, another scandal of allotment rules against 11 bogus plots was revealed, according to which the land acquired by forgery and criminal collusion was acquired by the respected wife of Colonel Sahib in Sheikhpur.A report of Allah’s 117 kanal 6 marla land was made, instead of which 11 plots of 6 marla were alloted in Ibara against the rules, illegal and fake documents on criminal collusion, which were approved by Patwari Chaudhry Hasan Akhtar, former Tehsildar Amir Hayat Aulak, Nawab Jan as sister.  And Qalandar Khan as cousins, Qalandar Khan’s son Faqir Muhammad and Qaiser Ali son of Faqir Muhammad and daughter Nazima Parveen, who were not the real legal heirs of the Honorable John, the wife of Colonel Sahibullah, in this criminal act, transgressing the code of conduct and authority.Patwari Chaudhry Hasan Akhtar, former Tehsildar Aamir Hayat Olak, former Director of Land Rehabilitation Sudra Anwar, former Member State CDA Afnan Alam, Assistant Director of Land Rehabilitation Aftab Saleem, property dealers Kashif Rauf Qureshi and beneficiaries of fake heirs Qaiser are involved in illegal allotment. Ali, Nazima Parveen have been found from the documents against whom the FIA ​​Corporate Crime Cell has registered Case No. 5/2024 and investigation has also been started against other involved CDA officers and property dealers.Accordingly, during the course of the inquiry some of the involved characters have allegedly been benefited by keeping them away from the FIR scenario.
