QUETTA: Another police constable was shot dead by unknown armed men in Satellite Town area of Quetta on Saturday.
This was the second cold blooded murder of police cop as another was gunned down in eastern bypass area on Friday.
The reports suggested that the unknown armed assailants opened an indiscriminate fire targeting the police cop on duty in Satellite Town on Saturday morning.
A similar incident of firing was occurred on Friday morning when the assailants had targeted a constable of Balochistan Constabulary who was on security duty with the anti-polio team at the Eastern bypass.
The assailants fled from the scene after committing cold blooded murder on the police personnel.
However, the hunt has been started for the culprits involved in the killing.
Meanwhile, the Provincial Minister for Home, Mir Zubair Jamali has strongly condemned the incident of firing that claimed life of a police cop.
According to an official handout issued here, the Minister Home took notice of the incident and sought report from the concerned authorities.
He also expressed sympathy and condolence with the bereaved family of the martyr police cop.
