QUETTA: The Anti Narcotics Force (ANF) recovered huge quantity of narcotics from Mian Ghndi area in Quetta suburb on Tuesday.
According to the spokesman of ANF, the ANF team raided in the Mian Ghundi area and recovered some 240 kilogram of charas and 120 kilogram of heroin from there.
The huge quantity of narcotics’ consignment was concealed for smuggling purposes from the area to the interior parts of the country.
No arrest, however, was reported in the seizure.
Meanwhile, ANF also recovered 18 kilogram opium and 5 kilogram charas from a vehicle on way in Uthal area the same day.
During the operation, two accused were arrested by the ANF team, the spokesman mentioned.
The cases have been registered against the culprits under the Anti-Narcotics Act.
