CM MOHSIN NAQVI CONDEMNS INDIA’S OPPRESSION, STANDS WITH KASHMIR ON SELF-DETERMINATION DAY

Lahore,   In a statement issued on Self-Determination Day for Kashmir, Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi expressed unwavering solidarity with Kashmiri brothers and sisters, emphasizing the fundamental right of self-determination for the people of occupied Kashmir. Despite enduring years of oppression and injustice, the Kashmiris have been deprived of their right to self-determination by India.
The chief minister highlighted that the right to self-determination is a basic right for those residing in occupied Kashmir, and India should realize that the day is not far when the people of Kashmir will exercise their right to self-determination. He stated that India’s denial of the right to self-determination is a clear violation of human rights.
The chief minister called attention to the oppressive environment created by the Indian government in occupied Jammu and Kashmir, instilling fear among the residents. He urged the international community to take note of the continuous human rights violations committed by the Indian forces in occupied Kashmir.
In the face of India’s grave crimes against humanity, Mohsin Naqvi asserted that the struggle for the Kashmiris’ right to self-determination cannot be extinguished. He assured that Pakistan will continue its unwavering political, ethical, and diplomatic support for its Kashmiri brethren.
