QUETTA: A woman gave birth to triplets for the first time in the Prince Fahd District Headquarter Hospital, Dalbandin on Tuesday.
According to the spokesman of Health department, the delivery was performed by the lady doctors of Balochistan Human Capital Investment Project at the hospital.
The pregnant woman was brought in the hospital for delivery in an emergency as it was a pre-mature pregnancy.
The lady doctors attended the woman and performed delivery. The spokesman informed that it was a normal delivery performed by the doctors.
According to him, the mother and her all three infants are healthy, and as such would be discharged in due course of time.
