Peshawar: Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Haji Ghulam Ali has approved the nomination of Justice (R) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah as Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa nominated by former Chief Minister Mehmood Khan and former opposition leader Akram Khan Durrani.Justice (retd) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah was nominated as the Caretaker Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Justice (R) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah belongs to Hazara Division and is likely to take oath by this evening , Justice (R) Syed Arshad Hussain Shah has been a judge of Peshawar High Court and the Chief Justice of Gilgit-Baltistan.Former Chief Minister Mahmood Khan and former opposition leader Akram Durrani agreed on the name of Justice (R) Rashid Hussain Shah.The summary has been received by the governor’s house, Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ghulam Ali has confirmed.
