Bahawalnagar: The Hindu Valmek community celebrated Diwali with religious fervor and complete freedom. A ceremony was organized by the Hindu community in the ancient temple of Bahawalnagar, in which delegations of political and religious parties including Jamaat-e-Islami also participated. The cake was cut, men and women belonging to the Hindu religion spread colors on each other and expressed happiness.
