PESHAWAR- In a momentous development, the distinguished Nasrullah Gandapur, Special Judge of Central Peshawar, has taken a decisive step by recalling Case FIR No.47/2023. This case unfolds a significant smuggling operation that has sent shockwaves through the corridors of justice. The accused, none other than Syed Muhammad Ali, an Superintendent of Pakistan Customs, and Sunil Kumar, a Sepoy of Pakistan Customs, now find themselves in the firm grasp of SI/SHO Philemoon, who has diligently ensured their custody. These individuals stand accused of orchestrating a clandestine operation, one that revolves around the illicit smuggling of mobile phones and electronic gadgets, a blatant evasion of customs duties that has inflicted a substantial financial dent of PKR 88,94,390 upon the Government Exchequer.
