QUETTA: The senior leader of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and former Speaker National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has stated that some important political parties may join the party from Balochistan soon.
He said that the friends are being invited to join the party under leadership of Mian Nawaz Sharif.
He said that it would be made clear today (Thursday) as who is going to join the PML-N from the province.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq was speaking to the media persons soon after his arrival in Quetta from Islamabad on Wednesday.
The PML-N leader said that he has come to Quetta on the party’s invitation, and meeting the friends on directives of the party’s Quaid, Mian Muhammad Nawaz Sharif.
He said that Nawaz Sharif would also be coming to Quetta on two-day visit.
He said that Nawaz Sharif has good relations with all political parties, and he wants to maintain these relations.
Sardar Ayaz Sadiq said that although he is meeting the party leadership besides some friends, but he has no schedule of meeting with the political parties during his stay in Quetta.
He said that the party would make decision on whether to make seat to seat adjustment or contest election individually on the party ticket.
To a query, the PML-N leader said that all including Jam Kamal Khan are respectable to us. However, there is no mention of his (Jam Kamal) joining in the party as yet, he maintained. He said that no one including Jam Kamal has made any demand.
He said that those who supported the party in the hard time would be preferred in it.
