QUETTA: The caretaker Provincial Minister for Information, Jan Achakzai has emphatically welcomed the most successful visit of Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar to China.
In an official statement issued here, the Information Minister said that the caretaker Prime Minister reiterated Pakistan’s pledge to the timely completion of China – Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) besides wholeheartedly advocating the need of collective efforts for regional coordination and prosperity. During the visit, the caretaker Prime Minister made assurance to complete the CPEC projects.
Jan Achakzai mentioned that the Prime Minister visited China on the invitation of Chinese President.
Besides participating and addressing the Belt and Road Initiative in China, the caretaker Prime Minister Mr. Kakar also had meeting with the President and Prime Minister of China as well as the President of Russia, and other government and state functionaries of different countries including the leaders of Communist Party.
The caretaker Prime Minister Anwaarul Haq Kakar also briefed the Chinese traders about the initiatives of Pakistan for economic and financial stability besides the vision of his country about comprehensive and sustainable development.
During his visit, the Prime Minister also presented the salient features of Pakistan’s investment friendly policies which include the establishment of special investment facilitation council.
The special investment facilitation council would perform as one window platform to facilitate the foreign investors.
The provincial Minister Information especially hailed the 20 agreements and memorandum of understanding between the two countries.
