Preparations reviewed for launch: All set to launch Health Cards in Balochistan, Secretary Health

QUETTA: All is set to launch the much-awaited Health Card Programme in Balochistan province.
A crucial meeting was held to review the preparations of Health Card Programme with Secretary Health Department, Asfandyar Khan Kakar in the chair here on Friday.
The Chief Executive Officer of Health Card Programme, representatives of State Life Insurance Corporation and NADRA were also in attendance at the meeting.
The preparations were reviewed for launch of the Health Cards in the province.
The Chief Executive Officer of Health Card Programme informed the meeting that all preparations are complete for the launch of Health Cards in the province.
Speaking on the occasion, Secretary Health directed the concerned authorities that there should be no issue in provision of health facilities under the Health Cards.
He said that all available resources would be mobilized to ensure quality medical treatment to the people under Health Cards.
It may be mentioned here that the interim government has already announced to launch Health Cards in the province by end of this month.
