QUETTA: The leaders of Jama’at Ahle Sunnat (JAS) have announced that the Eid Miladun Nabi (SAW) would be observed with due religious zeal and fervour in the provincial metropolis on Friday.
The main procession marking the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) would be taken out from the Bacha Khan Chowk where almost 30 small processions would gather before.
This was announced by the leader of JAS, Pir Syed Habibullah Chishti while addressing press conference at the Quetta Press Club on Wednesday.
Also present on the occasion were other leaders of JAS Balochistan.
Pir Syed Habibullah Chishti said that the main procession would pass through the Liaquat bazar, junction chowk, prince road, Masjid Road, Shahrah-e-iqbal and terminate at the Manan chowk.
He said that the procession would not go to the Suraj Ganj bazaar because of the time of Jumma prayer.
He on the occasion said that it would be difficult to make the security plan successful without their consultation. He charged that the caretaker provincial government appears to be in deep slumber over the great day of Eid Miladun Nabi (SAW).
He, however, thanked the Metropolitan Corporation for the cleanliness arrangements made on route of the Eid Milad procession.
