Peshawar : On the special instructions of Capital City Police Officer Peshawar Syed Ashfaq Anwar, under the supervision of SSP Operations Kashif Aftab Abbasi, during the month of August , adopting the best strategy against the gangs, successful operations have been carried out, under the new and comprehensive strategy, elements involved in street crimes and other crimes have been specially targeted during which a total of 42 gangs have been exposed, 98 accused have been arrested from whose possession more than 4.8 millions 30 thousands rupees, millions rupees of prize bonds and other valuable items have been recovered.Peshawar Police has taken appropriate measures not only by identifying trouble points but also to ensure peace and safety of citizens in the city. Rather, the list of elements involved in mafia, robbery and other crimes, including the elements released from prisons, has been compiled and the process of strict monitoring has been started. Close monitoring of the persons having connections is also going on in the light of the orders of capital city police officer Peshawar Syed Ashfaq Anwar in order to prevent crimes and establish law and order throughout the district by carrying out indiscriminate actions against street crimes, robberies, motorists. Among the gangs involved in other serious crimes, including motorcycle snatching, there are also those from the neighboring country of Afghanistan.During the operations within the limits of different police stations, there are also suspects who break into houses steal from their possession, a total of 4.8 millions & 30 thousands cash has been recovered, 224 stolen valuable mobile phones, 79 stolen motorcycles, 11 motorcars, 4 rickshaws, 10 tola’s worth of gold ornaments, 27 stolen compressors, laptops have been recovered, weapons used in the incidents, including LED, have also been recovered, while the habitual criminals who have been released from prisons along with other criminal elements are also being closely monitored.They are also involved in home robberies, robbing citizens in vehicles, stealing mobile phones from pedestrians, taking cash, car lifters, car thieves, motorcycle theft and other serious crimes. The suspects involved in transferring the documents to other cities of the country are also included. On the special directions of Capital city police officer Peshawar Syed Ashfaq Anwar, the Peshawar Police have made sure to maintain peace in the city and ensure the safety of lives and property of the citizens. Appropriate measures have been taken not only by identifying the trouble points, but also by compiling a revised list of elements involved in mafia, robbery and other crimes, including those released from prisons, and those who have close links with these involved elements.The process of strict monitoring of individuals has also been started.
