VISIT OF JUDICIAL MEMBER-I SINDH HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION (SHRC) AT DISTRICT JAIL MALIR,

Karachi, : The Sindh Human Rights Commission is a statutory Body established under Sindh Protection of Human Rights Act 2011 with mandate to provide protection of Human Rights in the Province of Sindh and recommends the remedial action to be taken against violators of Human Rights.

U/S 4(iv) The Sindh Protection of Human Rights Act, 2011, which read as;

“Visit, under intimation to Government any Jail or institution under the control of Government…”

In compliance with above-mentioned provision of the Act, Justice (F) Arshad Noor Khan, Judicial Member-I Sindh Human Rights Commission (SHRC) have scheduled to visit District Jail Malir on 05-09-2023 at 10:30 A.M. and visit Central Jail Karachi at 10:30 A.M., visit Women Jail Karachi at 12:30P.M. and visit Juvenile Jail Karachi at 02:30 P.M. on 06-09-2023.
