SHIKARPUR: The Law and Order situation of District Shikarpur could not be improved which caused record increase in heinous offences including Murders, kidnapping for ransom, road robberies, dacoities, street crimes etc resulted 17 Pak Army Jawans were looted on Madeji – Larkana Indus Highway Road in the jurisdiction of Gaheja police Station on Sunday in early hours.
According to reports reached here that some group of armed men came on road and intercepted the HiAce wagon of Pak Army Jawans traveling from Khuzdar to Punjab from this way were looted on gun point and deprived them from their mobile phones, Cash, Service & ID cards and other valuables.
The looted Soldiers were identified as Adil, Jawed, Zeeshan, Mehboob, Qasibullah, Zeeshan Hyder, Zahid, Irfan and others.
The outlaws easily managed their good escape as usually after looting the 17 Pak Army Soldiers without any fear of Police and law enforcement Agencies.
The search of the outlaws/robbers are in process and would recover the looted property at earliest, area police added.
Further police investigation into the matter is in process.
