CM Balochistan seeks report about shortage of canal water in Naseerabad Division

QUETTA: The Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Ahmed Bugti has sought the report of shortage of canal water in Naseerabad Division.
Seeking report from the Commissioner Naseerabad Division, the Chief Minister directed to take prompt measures for resolving the issue of shortage of canal water in the division after reviewing situation.
The Chief Minister was in a meeting with the delegation of zamindars belonging to Naseerabad and Sohbatpur during his visit to Sohbatpur on Friday morning.
The Provincial Ministers Mir Muhammad Sadiq Umrani, Mir Shoaib Nausherwani, Mir Saleem Ahmed Khosa, Mir Muhammad Asim Kurd and Parliamentary Secretary, Muhammad Khan Lehri were also present in the meeting.
During the course of meeting, the zamindars apprised the Chief Minister about the shortage of canal water and other issues being faced by them in their areas.
The Provincial Minister, Mir Sadiq Umrani also informed the Chief Minister about the issue of water being faced by zamindars of the area.
Speaking on the occasion, Chief Minister assured that all out efforts to be made to resolve the issues of zamindars.
